Your Reservation, Our Process

Once you have selected your storage unit, one of our managers will reach out to you to finalize all the details and take your payment for your move-in, tenant protection plan, and the admin fee. Your rental will be prorated from the day you lease your storage unit. Once your rental has been completed either online or in person, you will receive your gate access code and unit number. If you completed your reservation online, you will be able to automatically manage your account online. If you completed your rental in person or over the phone, you will receive your account setup instructions via email to register in the online portal.

Should you decide that you do not need a storage unit, please contact the office so that we can cancel your reservation. All reservations are held in most cases for 7 days before the reservation will expire. If something changes about your move, please let us know so that we can adjust your reservation in the system to hold your unit for an extended amount of time.
